Godparents & Sponsors
Asking someone to be a godparent or sponsor?
These roles are significant in the Church and have special requirements. Please contact the Parish office to discuss the qualifications and to acquire the necessary paperwork.
Have you been asked to be a godparent or sponsor?
Are you ready to take on this responsibility? Reflect on the following questions:

Do you have a strong prayer life?

Do you regularly receive God's grace through the Sacrament of Reconciliation?

Do you worship God weekly at Mass?

Do you study the Catholic faith?
-
Do you give your time, talent and treasure to the Church?

Do you consider yourself ready to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to others.
