Saint Vincent DePaul
Meets 2nd Sat. of the month @ 9:00am in the Parish Center. The members of the St Vincent de Paul Society are part of a worldwide Catholic lay organization that helps those in need. The purpose of the Society is to fulfill the two great Commandments-the love of God and love of neighbor. Vincentian's strive to seek out and find those in need, the forgotten, the victims of exclusion or adversity. The Society's vocation, is to follow Christ through service to those in need and so to bear witness to His compassionate and liberating love.
St Mary's St Vincent de Paul Society serves the Norton community in many ways. Located at the parish center is the SVdP food pantry open to anyone on an as needed basis. Collection for the food pantry is every 3rd weekend of the month. The society works along with many agencies in the community to help the homeless, the elderly and families who are struggling to make ends meet. Baptisms
The sacrement of Baptism takes place every second and fourth Sunday at 12:30 pm by appointment. Pre-Baptism meeting for parents is held on the first Sunday of every month. We ask you to please attend the 11:00'oclock Mass. The class will be held immediatly after Mass. Please call the parish office to register for the meeting.
